What happens after you call

1. You talk to the person doing the work. There is no call center or salesperson. Tell us your address and what you want done.
2. We come look at the yard. Lot size, how much edging and trimming it takes, the beds, and any trees all affect the price, so we quote after seeing it rather than guessing over the phone.
3. You get a clear price. Mowing is quoted per visit. Cleanups, mulch and pine straw, shrub trimming, and tree work are quoted as one-time jobs. You know the number before any work starts.
4. We set a day. Weekly mowing lands on the same day each week. One-time jobs get scheduled around the weather and the season. Spring and fall fill up fastest.

What to tell us

A few details help us give you a useful answer on the first call: your street and town, whether you want regular mowing or a one-time job, roughly how big the yard is, and anything specific that is bothering you, like thin grass under the oaks, beds full of weeds, shrubs over the windows, or a limb hanging over the roof. If you have an HOA deadline or a closing date, mention that too.

For the jobs beyond regular yard care, a little extra detail speeds things up. For pressure washing, list the surfaces, like the driveway, front walk, or back patio. For junk removal, describe what is in the pile and where it sits. For fence and gate repair, tell us what the gate or fence is doing. For hardscaping, describe what you have in mind and where it would go, and we will walk the yard with you before quoting.

Weekly lawn care, seasonal yard cleanup, mulch and pine straw, shrub trimming, planting and bed care through our landscaping service, and limb and small tree work through our tree service. There is no long-term contract on any of it.
