Will pressure washing get red clay stains out of concrete?
Usually most of it. Fresh clay splash along the edge of a driveway or walk comes off well. Stains that have sat for years, or clay that was ground in by tires, can leave a faint shadow. We will tell you what to expect when we look at it, before you pay for anything.
When is the best time of year to pressure wash in the Charlotte area?
Late spring, after the yellow pine pollen is done falling, is the most popular time because the surfaces stay clean longer. Fall is the other good window, before leaves start staining the concrete. If you are selling the house or hosting, any time that fits the date works.
