How the services fit together

Most of our customers start with weekly lawn care: mowing at the right height for the grass, edging along the driveway and walks, string trimming around fences and the AC unit, and blowing every hard surface clean. Fescue gets cut high, around three and a half to four inches, so it can shade its own roots through a Charlotte summer on clay. Bermuda and zoysia get cut shorter.

The bed work happens a few times a year. A seasonal cleanup in spring or fall clears leaves and debris, then shrub trimming shapes the hollies, boxwoods, and azaleas, and fresh mulch or pine straw goes down last so the beds look finished. Our landscaping page covers planting and general bed care.

Trees are the last piece. Our tree service handles limbs over the roof and driveway, dead wood, small tree removal, and brush cleanup. If a job needs a crane or bucket truck, we will tell you on the first visit.

Hardscape, washing, and odd jobs

Some jobs come up once and are not worth hunting down a separate company for. If a worn path or a muddy spot by the back door needs a real surface, our hardscaping work is planned around the clay and where the water runs. Pressure washing takes red clay, mildew, and pollen off driveways, walks, and patios, and it goes best as the last step after a cleanup.

Junk removal clears brush piles, storm debris, old landscape materials, and the stuff waiting in the garage for a trip to the dump. And fence and gate repair fixes sagging gates, loose pickets, and leaning sections, which often go together with limbs coming down on the back fence.

We are based in Cotswold and cover South Charlotte, Matthews, Indian Trail, Mint Hill, and Pineville. Every job starts with a free quote, and there is no long-term contract.
